Cancellations and Refunds

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our support team. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refunds: If your order is eligible for a refund (damaged, defective, or not as described), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our support with your order details and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping address if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items (personalized, perishable, or clearance) may not be eligible for return or refund.
